Here is what is happening at the club!

We hope you had a happy and safe Memorial Day weekend! Thank you to those who stopped by the Outpost and took advantage of our poolside grill. We hope to offer something similar in the near future.

The unofficial start to summer has officially begun! With this we will begin to shift to Summer operating hours.  We are excited to announce that beginning next week the Outpost will be open on Thursday's in addition to Friday through Sunday. Additionally, we have scheduled the Watering Hole to remain open at least until June 14. Hopefully the excessive heat subsides, but starting next week we will be operating Thursday through Sunday for another couple of weeks at the Watering Hole.  Also, don’t forget Big Wick will be closed Monday and Tuesday next week for greens aerification and Li’l Wick will be closed on Wednesday as well.  All of these changes in hours of operations will start on Monday, June 1 so be sure to reference the Hours of Operations section below for a full list of Summer Hours and the Agronomy section for course closure dates.

See you at the club!
Corby W. Foster, General Manager

Dear Members of Wickenburg Ranch,

As announced by Governor Ducey, the Stay at Home order is set to expire and restrictions are being lifted with guidance now focused on economic recovery that prioritizes health and physical distancing. We remain committed more than ever to providing the experience at Wickenburg Ranch that you are all accustomed to, but we’ll have to provide it with new safety procedures and limitations in place. We will continue to monitor the situation closely, but as we begin to roll back in services, amenities, and lifestyle at the club, we wanted to outline some of the measures we have already phased in and will begin to phase in as the Stay at Home order comes to an end.

Click here for a full list of the reopening procedures we will be implementing at all areas of the club in conjunction with recommendations from public health agencies, such as the CDC and local health departments.

As you all hopefully saw from yesterday’s communication, the Pool and Fitness Center reopened today, with restrictions and safety measures in place, of course. We will also begin to phase back in other areas of the club as well. These are all outlined in the attached reopening procedures summary, but to highpoint a few:

  • We will start up fitness classes again in the Movement Studio, limiting to 7 per class plus the instructor. Physical distancing guidelines and sanitary measures will be in place.
  • We will begin to allow any accompanied member guest play and limited outside golf guest play. Additional procedures and physical distancing measures will be in place.
  • Accompanied member guest play will be permitted at Courts and Sports. Social distancing guidelines are encouraged as well as not congregating in large groups before and after play.
  • Clubs and Interest Groups can resume activities at the club. (Card rooms, Art Barn, etc.) Room capacity will be limited, and safety measures will be in place.
  • We will begin to ease back into Lifestyle events to the extent groups of appropriate size and social distancing guidelines can be adhered to. Additional details on Lifestyle events will follow.

Health and safety are a priority and we will continue to keep these at the forefront as we begin to reopen outlets, amenities and services at the club. Again, we truly appreciate the ongoing support and understanding of our members as we navigate through these unique times. We’d also like to thank you all again for you support and contributions to our staff. Because of your contributions we have been able to provide our hourly staff with some comfort during these times and help keep them around. We have some very happy staff members looking forward to seeing you again as we ease in to reopening the club. We’ll see you soon!

Healthiest Regards,
Wickenburg Ranch Management Team
