We will also discuss the difference between a Will and Trust and show you how to Avoid Arizona Probate. Blackstone is an Arizona based document preparation firm AZCLDP #81273

This month we’re taking a local and leisurely stroll though the Hassayampa River Preserve. The Hassayampa River Preserve is a 770-acre riparian nature reserve owned by The Nature Conservancy in the US state of Arizona, near Wickenburg in Maricopa County. Trails at the Hassayampa are self-guided, leading you along the lush river bottoms, across the river’s floodplain, through majestic cottonwood-willow forests and dense mesquite bosques (Spanish word for forest) found only near desert waterways. On your walk, a brilliant vermilion flycatcher or an Abert’s towhee on the wing might catch your eye. Also a part of the trail system is a loop around Palm Lake where waterfowl, otherwise uncommon in the desert, are a major attraction. Bring your binoculars, lace up your walking shoes and join us!
Happy Hour at the Ranch House for the month of January is scheduled tentatively. Please look to the Round Up for updates. Should we meet, we welcome you to join us for happy hour priced drink specials served from the bar, and live entertainment from 1:00 pm - 3:00 pm outside overlooking the greens.
